• Maureen, it's not the same thing. SCO has produced no evidence after all this time and after assuring everyone that they didn't even need discovery. There's too much at stake here anyway. IBM won't stop until there's a figurative smoking crater where SCO once stood.

• Doubtful, but then you probably already knew that didn't you? You're just floating the idea, as lame as it is. Of course SCO wanted to settle or be bought out all along. They didn't think they'd have to produce evidence, and low and behold, haven't after 2 years.

Now SCO is facing delisting.

Why on Earth would IBM want to settle if they haven't already? If they do, SCO will be free to sue everyone else.

Nah, I think this will continue to play out and will come to some unfavorable resolution for SCO in the long term. They'll be a TV movie. John Goodman will play you Maureen.
