    What better way to get institutional heft then to proclaim Groklaw's Pamela Jones (which is not the real name behind groklaw) as being the blogger of the year? You are now reduced to carrying his megaphone.... you should feel used, but you can follow her like a puppy dog.

    Oh, so you have some facts that PJ isn't who she says she is? Assuming for a second in makes any difference, pray tell what is that evidence? It's not possible for one person to back a side that relentlessly? It's not possible for one person to check that many facts? Couldn't be a paralegal? Sounds an awful lot like 'it's impossible for one person to write the basic Linux core' - already disproven.

    Or, do the facts have to stay hidden like the millions of lines of copyright violations in Linux?

    Or do you compare PJ's writing to MOG's?
    SCO is making noises... IBM wants this.... SCO wants that....
    Says who? where? Does MOG get here stuff from court filings or from Darl himself?

    How about this spin. I could care less if PJ is one person, a group of people, hired IBM guns or whatever. I go to groklaw and I know I will get anti-SCO spin. In the same manner, I read MOG to find out what Darl would say if he was 'allowed' to.

    How about something to back that statement up? Or is it the same sort of fact like "The millions of copied SYSV code in Linux?" yet after two years how much of that has been given to the court?

    Strange how people who have interviewed PJ seem to think that she is a real person. Maybe one day MOG you may get some recognition for your work, But then again you will need to use some facts once in a while & hide the blatant bias in your work.

  • Aren't you out of date already? Wasn't SCO's motion to delay the hearing about the 3rd amended complaint denied already?

  • Remarkable, this was published on the 18th, after Judge Kimball had refused the delay request on the 14th. This is not mentioned in the article.
    Maureen, can't you do ANY research at all?
